Ripple effect

This is Vasco. He and his mom started attending church at Camino de Vida about a year ago. A family friend recently shared a little more about their story and how Vasco has made a significant ripple effect in the salvation of many of his family members .
You see Vasco who is 5, has Autism. When he was little, his mom (who is a single mom) and he tried attending a different church. However as he got older and started to stand out for his uniqueness, they felt there was no place for him there. Many of their family members had either never had a relationship with the Lord or had drifted away .
About  a year ago Vasco’s mom heard about Camino de Vida and how they had volunteers in the children’s ministry who were ready and willing to accept and love Vasco.
Vasco now a year later loves to come to church every Sunday with his mom. He loves to learn about God’s love for him and his family. He has invited his entire family and many have returned to the Lord, and others have started a new life with Jesus as their Savior. Vasco and his mom have found a safe place to belong and because of that, the entire family is flourishing in their personal walk with the Lord.
There is no better gift than to see a family restored by God’s loving grace and merciful kindness.
It’s stories like this- how the church has embraced Vasco and his family that continually reminds us that what we are doing in Perú (serving vulnerable people/ people with disabilities )has a significant eternal impact.

As you know as missionaries we don’t receive any payment through the church Camino de Vida for our living expenses and ministry work. All our financial support comes from generous people like you. If you support us financially we are grateful. We believe that we are not done yet . There is more work to do. Thank you for believing in us and trusting us in this work.
On this giving Tuesday, would you please prayerfully consider joining our team by making a donation? If you are already on our team would you consider making an extra donation, so that we can have more stories like Vasco and his family . Below is a link for more information how you can give .

With gratitude,
Clever and Lisa
